The short answer is no, not any more.
It's true that he was a regular on the after-dinner and club-talk circuit in the 1990s, but these outings always took more time and preparation than people realised. A 40-minute talk, for instance, often involved more than a day's work.
These days, book commitments and a schedule which often calls him away at short notice prevent him from doing talks or making speeches.
He hopes you understand.

Many people have been congratulating Norman on photographs which appear occasionally in the amateur-photographer section of his old newspaper, The Press and Journal, and attributed to "Norman Harper".
Fine as the pictures are, he can't claim them. They have been taken by a different Norman Harper entirely.
"I hope clarifying this on the website clears up any confusion," he said. "It must be annoying for the real photographer to think that someone else is being credited with his skill."
